Below are wish lists for children and families in and around Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany Counties. Wish lists are separated based on family size. To sponsor a child or family, click on the image of their wish list and fill out the form. Families with 2 - 4 children will share the same form, but children in families with 5 or more children will be split between two forms (the first 3 children on one form and the rest on the second). If you would like to sponsor all of the children in a family with 5 or more children, please fill out both forms.
